We offer an optional Premium Shipping upgrade for $4.99, which prioritises your order for faster processing and delivery.

Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or peak demand periods. These factors are outside of our control, but we will always support you if any issues arise.
Lost Packages
All parcels are insured in transit. If your order is lost before delivery is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
